Takhliyaaaaaaaa!!!



              Waise hai toh ad ek pan masala ka par punch line bahut mast hai… “Shauq badi cheeez hai….”  Aise hi ek punch ‘word’ bhi hai jo khud mein bahut lazeez hai…par agar who istemaal  sahi jageh pe hua toh….aur who word hai, Takhliyaaaaaaaa!!!
                                           Toh ab kahiye Tkahliyaaaaaaaa aur chaliye humaare sath… jee han! Bhaiyon aur bhaiyon ki behno, aaj hum aap sabhi ko uss jageh pe le challenge jahan aap chahein toh khud ko khud hi entertain kar sakte hain, khud hi khud ki peeth thapthapa sakte hain aur chahein toh khud ke matlab ke liye kisi ka dil bhi jeet sakte hain… who bhi nawaabon ke isstyle mein….aur keh sakte hain Takhliyaaaaaaaa!!! Aur who jageh hai apke ghar ki KITCHEN. 

Khaane ka shauq kisse nahi hai…aur agar khana shauq se khane ke sath-sath, shauq se banaya bhi jaye toh ‘Wah kya baat hai…’!!! main ye nahi keh rha ki sabhi banayein par jo banaana chahta hai, who banayein, aur  unhe jo aanand aayega hai uska kya kehna who sirf wahi bayaan kar sakte hain… isska andaza hum nahi laga sakte...! Iss anand ko maine jiya hai aur barahan jiya hai…iske do fayde hain ek toh gharwali happy aur doosara aur sabse important khaane ka swaad hud se zyaada. Shuruat karni chahein toh bas sahi waqt wahi jab aapko bhookh lagi ho tezzzz aur khana banane mein lagne wali ho derrrr … phir kya ghus jaiye kitchen mein aur phir hoga ye 'bhookh chali jaygi baaju mein aur khana banane lagega swadisht…' guaranteed!! Nahi aata banaa toh bhi achha hai, patni se poochh lijiye, unhein apka poochhana achha lagega, aur agar patni ji ke paas na ho waqt toh Youtube hai na…uspe maaro enter aur phir, shhhhhhh!!!!! lazeez pakwaan apke dining table par.


Pata hai main kya karta hun, You tube pe Sanjeev Kapoor se shuru karta hun aur ek grihani ke bhi pakwan ka tak ka leta hun jayeza aur ant mein banata hun pakwan khud ke style mein…buzurgo ne kaha hai na “Suno sabki karo apni” toh bhai aise mein ban jaata hun main Ghar ka “Master Chef” aur aapko achhi tarah pata ho ki jab aap kitchen mein ghuste ho toh sabse zyaada emotional Gharadi (Gharwali) hoti hai aur sabse zyaada tansion bhi gharaadi ko ho hoti hai…Emotional isliye ki ‘khane ki shakl mein pati ka pyar milta hai’ aur tension isliye ki "aaj toh hua kitchen ka styanashhh"…khair main toh ek hi kaam karne deta hun…EMOTIONAL…kitchen se nikala toh pehle se bhi saaf". Ek important baat aur agar aap apni Creativity ke liye mashhoor hain toh “KITCHEN is one of the best place to show your Creativity”. Jaise main Qayede se RJ aur profession se Creative Head…iska fayeda ye ki "Kitchen mein mere sath sath recipe bhi creative ho jati hai…! Aaiye dete hain kuchh examples...

ab parso hi ki baat hai ghar mein kuchh nahi 'hari sabzi' ke naam pe…siwaye “Shimla Mirch” ke, yahan tak ki payaz bhi nhi…wife aayee tension mein aur hum aaye attention mein…humne kaha priyatama, ab jao khelo beti aur amma, hum chalte hain rasoi mein aur karte hain kuchh intezaam…ab zahir si baat hai jab office se laut ke aap kar lete ho change phir bahar jaane ka mood kahan rehta hai...humne khoob socha, phir, Maa You Tube ko di awaz aur ek awaz mein pahunch pade India ke bade bade chef…humne samjha jab ‘hum hain itne special toh ho jaye something Special!!’ saare link chhan diye phir pehli baar apni cooking life mein bina pyaz ke sabzi banaayee, aur banaya “Aloo shimla mirch” pic mein dekhiye final report hai, ab aap hi bataiye hai na mazedar…iski khas baat ye ki meri family ke hisaab se kuchh bhi zyaadati nahi hui, matlab taste bhi aaya aur bitiya tak ne maze se udaaya aur kaha... Dad...wow, mazaa aagaya!!Confidence badha aur office bhi le aaye...yahan bhi sabne liye chatkare aur ishaara bas wahi, wah! kya baat hai...kuchh ne ki recipe ki demand humne dil hi dil kaha wah aaj ban gaye tum master chef...!

kal socha kuchh alag karne ko, phir pata laga wife ne bhigoye hai chhole…aap yaqeen nahi karoge pehli baar itne tasty chhole bane, aise chhole ki aap chahho toh bhature ke sath kha lo, chaho parathe le lo, yahan tak ki rice bhi chala sakte ho…matlab ungli chaatane wala taste aaya…bitiya rani bhi chatkhaare le rahi thin…waqt laga aur iss bar recipe bhi rich thi…kabhi banane ka jee kare toh khud ko rokiyega matt, mujhse behichak pooch sakte ho aur aap aazma bhi sakte ho…dekhiyega ungliyan na chati toh phir kya kahun…han “dubara try karna”. Ek baat bata dun apko, jaise photography mein ‘light & angle’ important hota hai theek waise hi cooking mein ‘timing and flame speed’ important hota hai…so be ready, dil jeetane ke liye…just say Takhliyaaaaaaaa!!!
